Thanks for shopping at The Red Poppy! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


We will accept returns postmarked within 7 days of the date your order was received for store credit only. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

As a small business, we greatly appreciate your support and hope you can understand that we cannot accept used items for returns. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. A gift card will be issued via email for the appropriate amount of store credit within 1-3 business days.


Shipping is available for any address within the United States or Canada and is calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight.

Curbside pickup is available for local customers.

Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are oversized and overweight. In this instance, you'll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs from our team.
